Contract handling

Please refer to the current price list for our prices. Our prices are calculated FCA Sprendlingen, Germany. 

Prices include standard packaging and hardener. Europallets, sea- or airfreight packaging, DGD, packing list and export application charged separately.

Prices and conditions for products in special colours on request.

Our terms of delivery are based on Incoterms® 2020, ICC.

Our general conditions of payment are: Payment in advance or, if prefered, for orders > 25.000 €, confirmed and irrevocable L/C. Fees for the LC will be charged to the customer.

Taxfree as intra-community delivery only under the prerequisite of valid VAT Identity No. and stamped and signed confirmation of arrival provided by the customer. Without confirmation of arrival VAT will be charged!

Deliveries are generally made on Europool pallets in like-new condition. We charge €12.50 per pallet. 

Binding delivery dates will be provided with the order confirmation.

For orders without a specified hardener, we supply Hardener S from May to September and Hardener FH from October to April; for colored coatings/sealants, we always supply Hardener S.

For agreed returns of material in perfect condition up to 2 months before the expiration date, we charge a restocking fee of 30% of the material value.

All costs associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the sender.

Products in custom colors cannot be returned.

 

The shelf life is generally 1 year from the date of manufacture.

Slight color variations between batches are unavoidable. Therefore, for deliveries with different batch numbers, please mix the different base components together beforehand (before adding the hardener), or ensure clear visual demarcations.
