cds-AGL BaseGrout UW flex is a mineral-filled, flexibilised, free-flowing, two-component epoxy reaction resin used for the friction-locked filling of the annular gap between shallow bases for underfloor airfield ground lighting (AGL) and the surrounding core drilling.

The product meets the stringent requirements of FAA Specification AC 150/5370-10G for AGL installations in asphalt runway surfaces.

The shallow base for underfloor lighting is fixed and aligned by pressing the housing into a mortar bed prepared with cds-AGL BeddingMortar. After the mortar has fully hardened, grouting is carried out using cds-AGL BaseGrout UW flex, filling the cavity up to the top edge of the asphalt surface.
